Frequently asked questions
Safety Policy
These are ceramic/porcelain ornaments delivered safely to your home. They should be handled with care and can break if dropped. I can not be held responsible if it becomes broken and cause a cut to children, pets or adults. I can NOT be held responsible for any accident in any circumstance once delivered.
Care instructions
Simply clean with a dry cloth, if needed. Do NOT use any cleaning products on ANY OF THE ORNAMENTS or you will damage the ornament.
Why does my item not look exactly like the picture?
Since I individually hand-draw, print and paint, no two will be exactly alike and I don't intend them to be, which makes them uniquely one-of-a-kind!
How soon will my package arrive?
Allow 3 to 5 days before it leaves my studio. I use First Class shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS delivery is based on peak times. There are other expedited options for purchase at check-out. I do highly recommend requesting a "Signature Confirmation" if a central delivery is to a high-rise or large complex or if a porch delivery concerns you.
What if I found a mistake once it's been mailed to me?
If you made the error or need to change something, I'm happy to fix it for you, free-of-charge, but you'll need to pay for the 2-way shipping (to me and back to you). If I made the mistake or didn't correct a mistake found in the proof process, I'll happily take care of it!
What if my ornament arrived broken?
Each order is VERY securely packaged and never has an ornament arrived broken due to my packing. If that should happen, contact me immediately with a photo of the damage. If the USPS damaged or crushed the box, you can file a claim with the USPS. However, I don't offer a refund or replacement due to USPS damage.

Wholesale Availability or Discounts on Large Orders
I don't offer wholesale pricing since each ornament is created by hand and not mass-produced, but I can give a discount on 10 ornaments or more depending on the ornament if not already running a sale but please message me. I do not duplicate company, schools, or sport logos due to copyright laws without you getting prior written permission. I am an LLC business.
