Personalization Errors Please double check your spelling! We regret that we cannot provide a refund on your ornament for spelling errors made by the customer. The ink is permanent and cannot be removed without destroying the glaze. If you made a spelling error, please notify me - in some cases it can be corrected without ruining the ornament or paying to replace it, however you will need to pay for shipping costs. If the error is made by Oodles of Ornaments, please notify us within 5 days of delivery of your order.
